The Full Story: Life with Bonnie

Hi, I’m Zalika! I’m 30 years old, naturally positive, a little bubbly and always up for a laugh—though I know when to be serious too. I’ve got a big heart for both animals and people, which has led me to create a life that blends both beautifully.I’ve recently launched my own dog walking and pet sitting business in the West Midlands, which has been a dream come true. I also work with an amazing team supporting children and young people who aren’t currently in education, helping them rebuild their confidence and return to learning with the support they deserve. But let’s get to the real star of the show—Bonnie. She’s my gorgeous 14-month-old sproodle, and she’s the heart of this blog. Bonnie is clever, playful, and full of personality. She loves a good game of fetch(well, we working on the 'bringing the ball back part' lol), showing off her tricks, and curling up for cuddles after a busy day. She’ll be taking the lead on reviewing dog-friendly products, treats, and toys we try out—so you’ll get to know her very well! We also share our journey on Instagram, where we post product reviews (especially from small businesses), grooming content, and fun reels featuring Bonnie’s tricks and everyday adventures. Our YouTube channel is coming soon too, with even more behind-the-scenes content, tutorials, and dog-life tips. This blog is our next chapter—a space for helpful posts, trusted recommendations (and yes, you get discounts to!)  and honest, light-hearted content from both me and Bonnie.
